Situated on the Worcestershire/Shropshire border, Clay Farm Events offers a unique set of facilities. Ideal for any group looking for an outdoor venue for their event. Originally a 160 acre livestock farm, we have diversified over the years. So that we now offer various opportunities for your event or relaxation.
 

10 ACRE EVENT FIELD


The opportunity to hire a 10 acre field for your event.  Just off our main drive the field is ideally situated with a lake as a backdrop.  We have electric available on the field and lavatories for a few;  of course we can hire in more facilities should you need. A part of this field is the 10 hard-standing pitches we already have for caravans or camping with electric hook-ups.  Open all year you can combine this with the hire of the field so your guests can bring caravans or use your accommodation in the field.

 

What makes Clay Farm Events unique and special, is just 150m further down the drive is the original farmhouse which is now let as accommodation for 26 guests.  This huge property has 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, two spacious lounges and a marvellous dining room that seats all 26 visitors.  The setting and interior of this property means that we are consistently booked for months in advance.
 

OFF GRID


If being completely off-grid takes your fancy, we have an acre patch right by the pools where you can camp in seclusion with just the sounds from the splashing carp or the birds around you.
But it goes on.. there are 3 public fishing pools, one of which you can hire for water activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, remote control boats, or, just fishing.

 

Once you are comfortable and enjoying your time here we can give a tour of the livestock so you can view the Pygmy Goats, Sheep and Miniature Donkeys.

 

We work with some great suppliers locally, a tipi company, a local porta-loo company, caterers and other businesses.
 

We are versatile in our offerings in so many ways offering packages for small to large gatherings. If your imagination can come up with the suggestions, we will aim to work with you to make those dreams come true.

TERMS ACLAY FARM EVENTS

The off-grid camping is available for 1 – 20 guests.  We can help with tent hire, porta-loos.  There is no water or electric, you really are away from modern facilities.
Groups of 1 – 30 on the party field must rent the caravan pitches with the field.  This offers parking and privacy for your party.
Groups of over 30 must rent Sporting Heights House and the caravan pitches.

If you are a group of over 50 people, you will be required to take the venue exclusively. This will
include the farmhouse, which can sleep 26 people, 10 caravan spaces (Hard standing), 10 Acre field,
space for wild camping.
